Healthy Cooking Classes

Understanding how to eat for optimal well being can be confusing and overwhelming. My focus is to teach you how to identify and prepare healthy food that is both easy and delicious. All while having fun along the way to a healthier you! I lead healthy cooking classes and wellness talks for a variety of  communities in the Triangle. Create your own home cooking party and I’ll come to you!

Classes are a combination of demonstration, education, hands-on learning, and of course, delicious tasting!
