The Yoga Wall
I added “The Great Yoga Wall” to my home studio to assist students in proper alignment while practicing yoga. There are tremendous therapeutic benefits with this system designed after B.K.S Iyengar’s ingenious rope wall.
The newer system is a patented ball and socket design that will hold up to 1500 pounds of pressure at each attachment. As an example Downward Facing Dog pose can be held longer to enhance spinal decompression with less compression in the wrist. The body is safely supported by the traction of the ropes, stretching and strengthening those hard to reach areas of the spine.
The wall has been a great addition for personal training clients as well. Specialized spring loaded straps with handles and ballet barre wall attachments are used for core strength training, TRX, and Pilates moves.
Corporate Sessions
Sessions are specifically tailored and customized for individual communities, offices, companies, apartments, etc.
