The MELT Method techniques help restore the health of your connective tissue, also known as fascia. Fascia is the web like network that surrounds and supports every muscle, bone, nerve, and organ in the body. Everyday stress such as repetitive movement, injury, poor posture, dehydration, or aging can cause this tissue to become stiff and dehydrated, which can lead to pain, stiffness, and reduced mobility.

It reduces chronic tension, improves mobility, posture and addresses the small imbalances that can lead to pain and injury over time.
Using soft foam rollers and small therapy balls, MELT works to rehydrate connective tissue, relieve joint compression, calm the nervous system, and support better balance, movement, and overall function.
