Wellness is not about perfection. It’s about small, consistent choices that help you feel your best.
I didn’t enter the wellness world through a trend — I came through loss.
After losing my mother to breast cancer, my life shifted in ways I couldn’t have imagined. During the years I cared for her, I was also navigating an 18-year corporate career. Just before she passed, I made the difficult decision to resign. I didn’t know what was next — only that I needed to begin caring for myself the way I had cared for others.
My body was exhausted. My nervous system depleted. My heart grieving.
Yoga became my starting point. I enrolled in teacher training to rebuild myself, not to start a business. But once I began teaching at the community college, I knew guiding others was part of who I am. Teaching felt natural. Energizing. Right.
From there, I expanded into personal training, nutrition coaching, and eventually discovered the MELT Method — a turning point in my work. When I experienced MELT, I felt immediate changes in my own body, and my clients did too. It reshaped how I think about strength, recovery, and aging well.
Today, I blend yoga, strength training, nutrition, and MELT to help women age intelligently — reducing pain, building strength, and creating bodies that support the lives they want to live. Because caring for others is beautiful.
But learning to care for yourself is transformational.
If you're ready to feel strong, supported, and at home in your body — I’d be honored to guide you.
