Jenny is a great instructor

“My husband and I recently completed a 5-week MELT session with Jenny. We both experienced significant improvements to chronic physical conditions after every session. Over the years, I have done various styles of exercise. While all of them yield good results if done consistently and properly, I have never experienced the immediate and significant results of MELT. I have chronic tension in my upper back which was eliminated in one session by doing a specific MELT map. My husband had shoulder injuries throughout his youth. Compensating for these injuries has created an imbalance in the alignment of his shoulders. After only one MELT session, he felt significant realignment in his shoulders. Practicing these exercises on an ongoing basis is necessary to continue benefits, however, the exercises are easy, quick and yield immediate results. And, Jenny is a great instructor. She is thorough, patient, and a lot of fun. You can’t get much better than that!”

“I had experienced severe pain in my right pointer finger for several days that came on suddenly. I figured it was suffering from over-use. I had recently purchased some MELT products from Jenny so I got the MELT ball out and did the sequences on my hands for three nights.
