Personal Training
Personal training is a partnership in total health including support, education and accountability. As a certified trainer and fitness nutrition specialist, your first meeting will entail an assessment of your health conditions, concerns and goals. Secondly, a fitness evaluation is done to determine your current strengths and areas to develop. We’ll set up a schedule that works for you, and proceed at a pace that you are comfortable with. Your sessions could include instructions for creating a home workout, specific stretches to enhance mobility, diet and nutrition guidance, or a combination of therapies.
